:iconearthbaragon: says: Very, very solid black line work. Though this is really the only piece in the art jam, that JJ is not in a glory like pose. He is rather the rag doll in this one haha. Still it is a breathtaking point of perspective. Godzilla’s position is a great foreshortening element. And adding the humans with their arms flapping about is a neat little size comparison for the viewer. I hope that one day when you get more time that this will see some sort of color. I mean you did all the shading with all your inks so colors would not be all that time consuming. Not to mention anything with Megalon automatically makes it a kick-ass picture to me. It really is a fantastic piece that celebrates the entire film of Godzilla vs. Megalon.

:iconenshohma: says: I use to have a rule concerning Kaijuden art jam submissions, about the month's subject always to be the main focus of any image. And unfortunately he really isn't in this piece. Instead being given over as the centered victim to Megalon and Gigan. But it's my own fault for dropping these basic art jam rules, for article length. And the line work, character renderings, and perspective is so expertly handled, that this oversight is all quite forgivable. As much as I would like to see this illustration colored one day, if you ever decide to do a more triumphant JJ picture, and it too is only in the line work phase, I'll be more than happy to color that for you, dear sir!
